MTa Learning
Experiential learning activities for deeper learning and lasting change
Event Overview
Experiential learning is, quite simply, learning by doing.
We have all learned to walk or talk, not by being shown or told, but by practising and refining our technique.
We believe in developing personal understanding, knowledge, skills and attitudes through the analysis of, and reflection on, activity. For us, ‘Activity’ can include anything from completing a simple task to being involved in highly complex group interactions involving a wide range of mental attributes and behaviours.
Consequently, within our training and workshops, we naturally implement this approach in all manner of training, whether Lean practitioner training, problem solving training or leadership workshops with C-Suite teams, and now we are offering brand new training courses using our latest MTa equipment and specialised facilitators to deliver the groundbreaking MTa approach, putting the participant at the centre of their own learning and guiding them towards meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Why Attend?
If you’re looking to build a team that truly performs, not just gets by, this workshop will give you the practical tools and insight to make it happen. You’ll explore what drives trust, healthy challenge, and shared accountability, using the proven Lencioni model as a foundation.
Through a highly interactive mix of reflection, discussion, and hands-on activities (including LEGO® Serious Play), you’ll gain fresh perspectives on your own leadership style and learn how to create the conditions for stronger collaboration and better results.
You’ll leave with clear, actionable strategies you can apply immediately to strengthen your team’s effectiveness -
along with a deeper understanding of how to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.
