Time & Location

About the event
This practical leadership workshop explores how manufacturing leaders can build high-performing teams through trust, psychological safety, effective communication and stronger leadership behaviours.
Many leaders spend most of their time responding to immediate operational challenges, leaving limited space to step back and understand what truly drives team performance.
During this interactive session, participants will explore the conditions that enable teams to perform well, what causes performance to break down under pressure, and how leaders can strengthen collaboration, accountability and commitment.
