How to Make a Complaint

Include:

  • Your name and contact details

  • Confirmation you are making a complaint

  • Relevant dates and details

  • Summary of the issue

What to Expect

  • Acknowledgement within 2 working days

  • Full review of the complaint

  • Response within 10 working days

We may contact you for further information.

Further Action

If you are not satisfied, you may seek advice from Citizens Advice or relevant regulatory bodies (e.g. Charity Commission).
